a) These website terms supplement and are in addition to our Security & Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy.  Our Security & Privacy Policy explains how we protect your data and what personal information we collect about you when you use our website.  Our Cookies Policy deals with the use of cookies on The Electrical Showroom Website.

b) By agreeing to these website terms of use you are also deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these policies in their entirety.

a) When ordering goods and services through our website our standard Terms & Conditions also apply to your transaction/s.

  1. We are unable to guarantee the services of The Electrical Showroom and that they will be consistently fault free.

c) A person who is not a party to these Website Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Website Terms but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
